Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available are displayed during checkout and may vary by country, device, currency, and payment provider. A payment method is not accepted until the checkout confirms the transaction.

Secure processing

Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and the payment providers presented there. Oakverira does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment providers may apply encryption, authentication, fraud screening, and authorization controls under their own terms.

Authorization and order review

Your bank or payment provider may place an authorization hold before a charge is finalized. We may review, limit, cancel, or request reasonable verification for orders that appear duplicated, inconsistent, unauthorized, or unusually high risk. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount is returned to the original payment method.

Pricing, currency, and taxes

Prices and the transaction currency are shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other required fees are displayed when available or remain the customer's responsibility as described at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your card issuer may charge currency-conversion or cross-border fees that Oakverira does not control.

Discounts

Discount codes must be entered before payment is completed. Unless the offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may correct or cancel a discount used contrary to its stated conditions.

Payment concerns

If checkout fails, confirm that the billing information matches your payment account and contact your provider if needed. For an Oakverira order question, email service@oakverira.com. Never send complete card details by email.
