1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to the Oakverira website, content, and online features. Purchase transactions are additionally governed by the Terms & Conditions of Sale and the policies linked from our footer.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the site and use its features for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with operation, test or bypass security without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape at disruptive scale, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
3. Accounts and submissions
If account features are available, you are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for activity under your account. Information, reviews, or messages you submit must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and must not infringe another person's rights.
4. Intellectual property
The Oakverira name, visual identity, site design, original text, graphics, photographs, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal viewing does not grant a right to copy, republish, sell, or create derivative commercial materials.
5. Third-party services
The site may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply that we control all third-party content.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue site features when reasonably necessary.

General home-care content is informational and is not professional, safety, medical, or technical advice. Follow product-specific instructions and use reasonable care. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.
