Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern purchases made from Oakverira through our online storefront. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from our footer.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract and must provide accurate order and payment information. Products are offered for personal or household use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Product information

We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials, and production tolerances may cause reasonable variation in color, texture, grain, or dimensions. Images are illustrative and included items are those stated on the product page.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We accept an order when it enters fulfillment or we otherwise confirm acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for inventory errors, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, prohibited delivery, or quantities inconsistent with ordinary household use.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

The price, currency, shipping charge, and applicable tax shown at checkout govern the transaction. Payment is subject to authorization by the selected provider. If a clear pricing error affects an order, we may offer fulfillment at the correct price or cancellation with an eligible refund.

6. Delivery

Processing, transit, customs, tracking, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement.

7. Returns and refunds

Eligibility, timing, exclusions, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Acceptable purchasing

You may not use false information, unauthorized payment methods, automated purchasing tools that disrupt service, or the storefront for unlawful resale, fraud, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited activity.

9. Promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, product scope, and redemption limits. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, abuse, or unauthorized distribution.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Products must be used as intended and according to supplied care or safety information. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Oakverira is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Events beyond control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate material order impacts.
