Control your personal information

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information used by Oakverira. These may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to appeal a privacy-request decision.

Targeted advertising, sale, or sharing

Some privacy laws define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may request to opt out of sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising. Available cookie or privacy controls on the storefront may also limit non-essential technologies.

Global Privacy Control

Where legally required and technically detectable, we treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal. Because the signal is device- and browser-specific, you may need to enable it separately on each browser or device.

Marketing choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. We may still send transactional or service communications about orders, security, policy changes, or privacy requests.

Submit a request

Email service@oakverira.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” State the right you wish to exercise and the country or state in which you live. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect your account. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.

Non-discrimination and appeals

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
